RISE AND SHINE VILLAGE RETURNS IN 2026:
THREE DAYS OF MUSIC, SPIRITUALITY, NATURE & COMMUNITY LIVING
After the success of the first edition, Rise and Shine Village returns in 2026 with a new international
line-up and an even richer program of meetings, workshops and moments of sharing.
From July 3 to 5, 2026, the inspiring eco-village of Centro Panta Rei, immersed in the natural beauty
of Passignano sul Trasimeno (PG), will host three days dedicated to Rastafari culture, Reggae-Dub
music, holistic wellbeing and community living.

Rise and Shine Village is a collective adventure while remaining intimate at the same time, designed
to preserve an authentic sense of community and connection between artists, speakers and
participants.
Rise and Shine Village is not simply a music festival. It is an immersive experience, a human and
spiritual laboratory, a temporary village built around the values of connection, awareness, nature and
sharing.
Born from the collaboration between Centro Panta Rei and Ras Julio, the project proposes a new way
of experiencing festivals: not as passive entertainment consumption, but as a collective experience
based on presence, human encounter and reconnection with one’s essence.
For three days, artists, speakers and participants will live together within the same spaces, activities
and daily moments, transforming the festival into a true temporary community.

RASTAFARI CULTURE MEETS COMMUNITY LIVING
Rise and Shine Village was created with the aim of sharing, in an inclusive and accessible way,
elements of the Rastafari way of life capable of enriching the lives of everyone, Rasta and non-Rasta
alike.
Rastafari culture is presented not simply as a musical, philosophical or aesthetic phenomenon, but as
an approach to life based on spirituality, harmony, connection with nature, self-sufficiency,
compassion and collective wellbeing.
“Rise and Shine” is an expression deeply connected to the Rastafari vision of life and represents the
human ability to rise spiritually and physically, bringing one’s inner light to the surface.
It is not merely a slogan, but a true existential choice: deciding to “rise and shine” while honoring
one’s natural right to happiness, healing and inner freedom.
At the center of the festival experience lies the concept of “Oneness”, the unity between mind, spirit
and body. Within the Rastafari tradition, this vision dissolves the separation between the spiritual and
the material, transforming everyday life into a sacred and conscious space.
Food becomes physical and spiritual nourishment. Music becomes healing. Nature returns as
teacher. Community becomes family.
“Livity”, the way of life developed by the pioneers of the Rastafari Movement in Jamaica, is a
conscious life based on contemplative practice, simplicity, freedom, deep connection with nature,
independence and spiritual presence.
Rise and Shine Village aims to offer the possibility of coming into direct contact with these values
without having to travel to Jamaica or Ethiopia, living for three days inside a village where people
have chosen to perform the most revolutionary act of all: cultivating their inner light and sharing it with
the world.

Performances will be conceived as immersive and intimate experiences, where the audience will be
involved in a sonic and spiritual journey capable of uniting energy, meditation, dance and connection.
Within the Rastafari tradition, music is not merely entertainment but a tool for healing, elevation and
collective consciousness.
The artists will not only perform on stage, but will actively participate in the life of the festival, sharing
activities, meetings and informal moments with the public.
Rise and Shine Village was created with the intention of breaking down the distance between artist
and participant, creating an authentic human space where music, spirituality and relationships can
naturally meet.

WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS & ACTIVITIES
During the three days of the festival, from morning until sunset, meetings, seminars and workshops
will focus on: • Rastafari spirituality and philosophy
• Ital cooking and natural nutrition
• Natural medicine and holistic wellbeing
• Ethiopian bio-construction techniques
• Exclusive meeting with King Shiloh
• Early morning yoga sessions

Meetings will be guided by Ras Julio, Ras Ibi and special guests involved for years in international
cultural and spiritual projects.
The workshops will offer the public a simple, open and accessible approach, even for those
approaching this world for the first time.
Topics will include natural nutrition, wellbeing practices, meditation, healing, self-sufficiency,
spirituality applied to modern life and traditional techniques developed within Rastafari communities.
In an informal and inclusive way, speakers will answer questions from the audience and create
genuine moments of dialogue, listening and collective growth.

A UNIQUE LOCATION IN EUROPE
Rise and Shine Village will once again take place at Centro Panta Rei, one of the best-known
eco-villages and environmental education centers in Europe.
Located among the Umbrian hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno, the village represents the ideal setting
for an experience that combines music, ecology, personal growth and spirituality.
Upon arriving at Centro Panta Rei, participants will be welcomed by a sign that perfectly represents
the spirit of the festival:
“Cultivate your light and share it with the world”
A sentence that encapsulates the essence of Rise and Shine Village: rediscovering one’s inner
potential and transforming it into presence, awareness and connection with others.
For three days, participants will live immersed in nature, taking part in festival activities and sharing
spaces, moments and values with artists, speakers and people arriving from all over Italy and abroad.
Far from the dynamics of large-scale events, Rise and Shine Village offers a slower, deeper and more
authentic human experience.

A FESTIVAL DESIGNED AS A LIVING VILLAGE
The festival grounds will be organized as a true living village experience, with distinct areas dedicated
to the different dimensions of the event.
Participants will find:
• two dedicated areas for seminars and workshops
• a live concert area
• a dedicated dub sound system area
• several vegetarian food points
• bars and local craft beverages
• a traditional Ital Juice Bar
• communal spaces immersed in nature for gathering, relaxation and connection

Every area of the festival is designed to encourage presence, interaction and collective experience,
allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Rise and Shine Village.

FOOD, NATURE & LIVITY
In perfect harmony with the philosophy of the event, Rise and Shine Village will offer:
• vegetarian and vegan cuisine
• local organic products
• Ital Food according to Rastafari tradition
• natural juices and fresh extracts

The Ital (vital) tradition considers food a fundamental instrument of balance, vitality and spiritual
connection.
The festival is therefore conceived as a 360-degree wellbeing experience where nutrition, music,
spirituality and nature coexist in harmony.
The event will not serve spirits, while local craft beer and wine will still be available.

AN EVENT ROOTED IN SHARING
Rise and Shine Village was born from the desire to create a real meeting space between people,
cultures and different life paths.
In a historical period characterized by speed, isolation and disconnection, the festival aims to bring
back the value of human presence, listening and community.
