Add a Tour or a Regular Event

If you want to add mul­ti­ple tour dates, please cre­ate a sep­a­rate event for each date.

How it works:

• Cre­ate one event for each con­cert of your tour
• Enter date, venue, title, image, and descrip­tion indi­vid­u­al­ly for each event
• Select the cat­e­go­ry ”Tour” for every event

What hap­pens next?

• After approval, we auto­mat­i­cal­ly group relat­ed events into a tour
• Your dates will appear:
  • indi­vid­u­al­ly in the cal­en­dar (with all details)
  • and togeth­er in the ”Tours” sec­tion
• You can edit each tour date any­time under ”My Events”
• Changes only apply to the respec­tive event

For reg­u­lar events (e.g. week­ly):

• Use ”Recur­ring Events”
• Title, descrip­tion, image, and venue apply to all dates

How it works:

• Under ”Start/End”: set the time for the first occur­rence
• Under ”Recur­ring Event”:
  • Choose a cycle: dai­ly, week­ly, month­ly, year­ly
  • Cus­tomize set­tings and add excep­tions if need­ed
  • Use ”once” if your dates don’t fol­low a fixed pat­tern

Tip: Add a web­site link with up-to-date infor­ma­tion (line-up, spe­cials, etc.) and men­tion it in the descrip­tion so users can stay informed.
