THREE DAYS OF MUSIC, SPIRITUALITY, NATURE & COMMUNITY LIVING
After the suc­cess of the first edi­tion, Rise and Shine Vil­lage returns in 2026 with a new inter­na­tion­al
line-up and an even rich­er pro­gram of meet­ings, work­shops and moments of shar­ing.
From July 3 to 5, 2026, the inspir­ing eco-vil­lage of Cen­tro Pan­ta Rei, immersed in the nat­ur­al beau­ty
of Passig­nano sul Trasi­meno (PG), will host three days ded­i­cat­ed to Rasta­fari cul­ture, Reg­gae-Dub
music, holis­tic well­be­ing and com­mu­ni­ty liv­ing.

Rise and Shine Vil­lage is a col­lec­tive adven­ture while remain­ing inti­mate at the same time, designed
to pre­serve an authen­tic sense of com­mu­ni­ty and con­nec­tion between artists, speak­ers and
par­tic­i­pants.
Rise and Shine Vil­lage is not sim­ply a music fes­ti­val. It is an immer­sive expe­ri­ence, a human and
spir­i­tu­al lab­o­ra­to­ry, a tem­po­rary vil­lage built around the val­ues of con­nec­tion, aware­ness, nature and
shar­ing.
Born from the col­lab­o­ra­tion between Cen­tro Pan­ta Rei and Ras Julio, the project pro­pos­es a new way
of expe­ri­enc­ing fes­ti­vals: not as pas­sive enter­tain­ment con­sump­tion, but as a col­lec­tive expe­ri­ence
based on pres­ence, human encounter and recon­nec­tion with one’s essence.
For three days, artists, speak­ers and par­tic­i­pants will live togeth­er with­in the same spaces, activ­i­ties
and dai­ly moments, trans­form­ing the fes­ti­val into a true tem­po­rary com­mu­ni­ty.

RASTAFARI CULTURE MEETS COMMUNITY LIVING
Rise and Shine Vil­lage was cre­at­ed with the aim of shar­ing, in an inclu­sive and acces­si­ble way,
ele­ments of the Rasta­fari way of life capa­ble of enrich­ing the lives of every­one, Ras­ta and non-Ras­ta
alike.
Rasta­fari cul­ture is pre­sent­ed not sim­ply as a musi­cal, philo­soph­i­cal or aes­thet­ic phe­nom­e­non, but as
an approach to life based on spir­i­tu­al­i­ty, har­mo­ny, con­nec­tion with nature, self-suf­fi­cien­cy,
com­pas­sion and col­lec­tive well­be­ing.
“Rise and Shine” is an expres­sion deeply con­nect­ed to the Rasta­fari vision of life and rep­re­sents the
human abil­i­ty to rise spir­i­tu­al­ly and phys­i­cal­ly, bring­ing one’s inner light to the sur­face.
It is not mere­ly a slo­gan, but a true exis­ten­tial choice: decid­ing to “rise and shine” while hon­or­ing
one’s nat­ur­al right to hap­pi­ness, heal­ing and inner free­dom.
At the cen­ter of the fes­ti­val expe­ri­ence lies the con­cept of “One­ness”, the uni­ty between mind, spir­it
and body. With­in the Rasta­fari tra­di­tion, this vision dis­solves the sep­a­ra­tion between the spir­i­tu­al and
the mate­r­i­al, trans­form­ing every­day life into a sacred and con­scious space.
Food becomes phys­i­cal and spir­i­tu­al nour­ish­ment. Music becomes heal­ing. Nature returns as
teacher. Com­mu­ni­ty becomes fam­i­ly.
“Liv­i­ty”, the way of life devel­oped by the pio­neers of the Rasta­fari Move­ment in Jamaica, is a
con­scious life based on con­tem­pla­tive prac­tice, sim­plic­i­ty, free­dom, deep con­nec­tion with nature,
inde­pen­dence and spir­i­tu­al pres­ence.
Rise and Shine Vil­lage aims to offer the pos­si­bil­i­ty of com­ing into direct con­tact with these val­ues
with­out hav­ing to trav­el to Jamaica or Ethiopia, liv­ing for three days inside a vil­lage where peo­ple
have cho­sen to per­form the most rev­o­lu­tion­ary act of all: cul­ti­vat­ing their inner light and shar­ing it with
the world.

Per­for­mances will be con­ceived as immer­sive and inti­mate expe­ri­ences, where the audi­ence will be
involved in a son­ic and spir­i­tu­al jour­ney capa­ble of unit­ing ener­gy, med­i­ta­tion, dance and con­nec­tion.
With­in the Rasta­fari tra­di­tion, music is not mere­ly enter­tain­ment but a tool for heal­ing, ele­va­tion and
col­lec­tive con­scious­ness.
The artists will not only per­form on stage, but will active­ly par­tic­i­pate in the life of the fes­ti­val, shar­ing
activ­i­ties, meet­ings and infor­mal moments with the pub­lic.
Rise and Shine Vil­lage was cre­at­ed with the inten­tion of break­ing down the dis­tance between artist
and par­tic­i­pant, cre­at­ing an authen­tic human space where music, spir­i­tu­al­i­ty and rela­tion­ships can
nat­u­ral­ly meet.

WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS & ACTIVITIES
Dur­ing the three days of the fes­ti­val, from morn­ing until sun­set, meet­ings, sem­i­nars and work­shops
will focus on: • Rasta­fari spir­i­tu­al­i­ty and phi­los­o­phy
• Ital cook­ing and nat­ur­al nutri­tion
• Nat­ur­al med­i­cine and holis­tic well­be­ing
• Ethiopi­an bio-con­struc­tion tech­niques
• Exclu­sive meet­ing with King Shiloh
• Ear­ly morn­ing yoga ses­sions

Meet­ings will be guid­ed by Ras Julio, Ras Ibi and spe­cial guests involved for years in inter­na­tion­al
cul­tur­al and spir­i­tu­al projects.
The work­shops will offer the pub­lic a sim­ple, open and acces­si­ble approach, even for those
approach­ing this world for the first time.
Top­ics will include nat­ur­al nutri­tion, well­be­ing prac­tices, med­i­ta­tion, heal­ing, self-suf­fi­cien­cy,
spir­i­tu­al­i­ty applied to mod­ern life and tra­di­tion­al tech­niques devel­oped with­in Rasta­fari com­mu­ni­ties.
In an infor­mal and inclu­sive way, speak­ers will answer ques­tions from the audi­ence and cre­ate
gen­uine moments of dia­logue, lis­ten­ing and col­lec­tive growth.

A UNIQUE LOCATION IN EUROPE
Rise and Shine Vil­lage will once again take place at Cen­tro Pan­ta Rei, one of the best-known
eco-vil­lages and envi­ron­men­tal edu­ca­tion cen­ters in Europe.
Locat­ed among the Umbri­an hills over­look­ing Lake Trasi­meno, the vil­lage rep­re­sents the ide­al set­ting
for an expe­ri­ence that com­bines music, ecol­o­gy, per­son­al growth and spir­i­tu­al­i­ty.
Upon arriv­ing at Cen­tro Pan­ta Rei, par­tic­i­pants will be wel­comed by a sign that per­fect­ly rep­re­sents
the spir­it of the fes­ti­val:
“Cul­ti­vate your light and share it with the world”
A sen­tence that encap­su­lates the essence of Rise and Shine Vil­lage: redis­cov­er­ing one’s inner
poten­tial and trans­form­ing it into pres­ence, aware­ness and con­nec­tion with oth­ers.
For three days, par­tic­i­pants will live immersed in nature, tak­ing part in fes­ti­val activ­i­ties and shar­ing
spaces, moments and val­ues with artists, speak­ers and peo­ple arriv­ing from all over Italy and abroad.
Far from the dynam­ics of large-scale events, Rise and Shine Vil­lage offers a slow­er, deep­er and more
authen­tic human expe­ri­ence.

A FESTIVAL DESIGNED AS A LIVING VILLAGE
The fes­ti­val grounds will be orga­nized as a true liv­ing vil­lage expe­ri­ence, with dis­tinct areas ded­i­cat­ed
to the dif­fer­ent dimen­sions of the event.
Par­tic­i­pants will find:
• two ded­i­cat­ed areas for sem­i­nars and work­shops
• a live con­cert area
• a ded­i­cat­ed dub sound sys­tem area
• sev­er­al veg­e­tar­i­an food points
• bars and local craft bev­er­ages
• a tra­di­tion­al Ital Juice Bar
• com­mu­nal spaces immersed in nature for gath­er­ing, relax­ation and con­nec­tion

Every area of the fes­ti­val is designed to encour­age pres­ence, inter­ac­tion and col­lec­tive expe­ri­ence,
allow­ing par­tic­i­pants to ful­ly immerse them­selves in the atmos­phere of Rise and Shine Vil­lage.

FOOD, NATURE & LIVITY
In per­fect har­mo­ny with the phi­los­o­phy of the event, Rise and Shine Vil­lage will offer:

• local organ­ic prod­ucts
• Ital Food accord­ing to Rasta­fari tra­di­tion
• nat­ur­al juices and fresh extracts

The Ital (vital) tra­di­tion con­sid­ers food a fun­da­men­tal instru­ment of bal­ance, vital­i­ty and spir­i­tu­al
con­nec­tion.
The fes­ti­val is there­fore con­ceived as a 360-degree well­be­ing expe­ri­ence where nutri­tion, music,
spir­i­tu­al­i­ty and nature coex­ist in har­mo­ny.
The event will not serve spir­its, while local craft beer and wine will still be avail­able.

AN EVENT ROOTED IN SHARING
Rise and Shine Vil­lage was born from the desire to cre­ate a real meet­ing space between peo­ple,
cul­tures and dif­fer­ent life paths.
In a his­tor­i­cal peri­od char­ac­ter­ized by speed, iso­la­tion and dis­con­nec­tion, the fes­ti­val aims to bring
back the val­ue of human pres­ence, lis­ten­ing and com­mu­ni­ty.
For three days, par­tic­i­pants will be invit­ed to slow down, share and live an authen­tic col­lec­tive
expe­ri­ence where music, spir­i­tu­al­i­ty and nature become tools of con­nec­tion and trans­for­ma­tion.
The vil­lage expe­ri­ence will be built around val­ues of mutu­al respect, inclu­sion, sus­tain­abil­i­ty and
aware­ness.
Not sim­ply a fes­ti­val, but a tem­po­rary com­mu­ni­ty where a dif­fer­ent idea of well­be­ing and human
rela­tion­ships can tru­ly be expe­ri­enced.
